Gary came to his real estate career after almost 25 hears of holding positions as Chief Financial Officer, Business Manager and Technology Director in public school systems in three states.
In those positions Gary was involved with the building and administration of multi- million dollar operational and facilities budgets and school construction projects.
Gary has earned the Seller Representative Specialist professional real estate designation convered by the SRS Council. The SRS Council is educating REALTORS in the art and specialty of representing consumers who are looking for a benchmark of the highest level of service and professionalism when selecting a listing agent to market their home.
Gary has completed his required education course work and joined an elite number of designees who have earned the SRS designation. He has reached a most sought after professional pinnacle by obtaining this designation and becoming one of the first associates in Eastern Connecticut to do so.
Gary has been involved with the buying and selling of residential homes, multi- families both two and four units, and commercial properties.
