Dan is a 2009 graduate of New England Institute of Technology with a degree in architectural engineering and fine cabinetry. After working for several years building homes in the area, he earned his Real Estate Sales license and turned his full time focus to home sales and property management. Gary came to his real estate career after almost 25 hears of holding positions as Chief Financial Officer, Business Manager and Technology Director in public school systems in three states.
In those positions Gary was involved with the building and administration of multi- million dollar operational and facilities budgets and school construction projects.
Gary has earned the Seller Representative Specialist professional real estate designation convered by the SRS Council. The SRS Council is educating REALTORS in the art and specialty of representing consumers who are looking for a benchmark of the highest level of service and professionalism when selecting a listing agent to market their home.
Gary has completed his required education course work and joined an elite number of designees who have earned the SRS designation. He has reached a most sought after professional pinnacle by obtaining this designation and becoming one of the first associates in Eastern Connecticut to do so.

After being away from Real Estate for a few years, I've decided to come back and continue my Real Estate career. For people who don't know me, I started my career in mortgage banking from 1989-1994. During that time I developed an interest in pursuing a business in flipping homes and new construction. After a couple years in this business, I decided to further my career in Real Estate and become a licensed REALTOR®. Before leaving Real Estate in 2015, I had flipped over 30 houses and had been awarded top 5% sales by the Eastern CT Association of REALTORS. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers, I also worked with several banks and became very active and knowledgeable in the REO market.
My passion for helping people and making a difference in someone's life, lead me to a position with a large non-profit organization in Miami that provided services and housing to the intellectually challenged. I took a position with them in 2011 and withing a year was promoted to a Director. Although I enjoyed this profession and found it very fulfilling, I was missing what I loved and that is Real Estate. So in April, I began my journey in getting re-licensed so I could continue with the 18 years of knowledge I'd already invested in my Real Estate career.
